Service Description

dCipher is a messaging and conversation-insight app that provides AI-assisted communication analysis.

No Medical / Legal / Emergency Advice

• dCipher is for informational and educational purposes only
• dCipher does not provide medical, legal, mental health, or emergency services
• Do not rely on dCipher for crisis or emergency decisions

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your device and account access secure
• Use the app lawfully
• Do not use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others

AI Limitations

• AI-generated insights may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some contexts
• Users are responsible for their own decisions and communications

Account Termination / Deletion

• You may delete your account in-app at Settings > Delete Account
• We may suspend or restrict access for abuse, misuse, or legal reasons

Intellectual Property

The app, software, and branding are owned by dCipher and its licensors, except where otherwise noted.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, dCipher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
